STEP 2

Make the payment on this page. It will cover a medical exam and review for your seafarer's certificate. (any vaccinations or other blood testing not on our documents is extra) Dental exam and cost is at your expense. You can have any licensed dentist complete.

Step 3

Within 2-4 business days we will send you instructions with a clinic address and confirmation of appointment. After your exam you will be sent an email with your results when they are complete. This usually takes 5-14 days. We will notify you by email if there are any additional items required.
We will ship your original Seafarer Medical Fitness Certificate to the address you provide.

New York Exam Payment

$475.00

The payment includes medical tests and exams but does not include dental costs and exam. The dental exam can be completed at any licensed dentist in any country. Please be advised that there is an extra $50.00 charge for redoing temporary ,limited or return to work clearance medical certificates. All Sea Medical is a review service. If the payment is being made by someone other than the crew member please note that during the payment process. All Sea Medical offers medical review and medical certification services.
