2- Make the payment at the bottom of the page. This will cover your medical exams, tests required and your seafarer's certificate. (please take note that extra testing and vaccinations are not included) Dental exam and costs would be your responsibility with your private dentist.
3- Within 3-5 business days we will send you instructions with a confirmation of appointment. After your exam you will be notified by email when your documents and results are complete. The "fit for duty " certificate can be picked up at the doctors office after it has been approved. This is by appointment only.Thank you
