Refund Policy for All Sea Medical Services
At All Sea Medical we are committed to providing high-quality medical care and services. Please be advised that a medical professional will be involved in managing your file as soon as payment is made. By scheduling an appointment, purchasing documents, or undergoing any medical service with us, you agree to the following terms of our No Refund Policy:
1. Non-Refundable Payments
- All payments for consultations, treatments, medical services, and packages are non-refundable.
- This policy applies regardless of the outcome or satisfaction with the service, as the fees cover time, resources, and professional expertise provided during the service.
2. Appointment Cancellation or Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must provide at least 48 notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your payment or deposit.
3. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:
- Services not rendered due to errors on the part of the clinic. Due to payment processing fees, there is a charge of 15% of the full amount paid. Any time delays or medical decisions not in your favor would not be refundable.
5. Payment Disputes
- All payment disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the original payment transaction.
- Any refund requests or disputes outside this timeframe will not be entertained.
6. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with applicable consumer protection and medical service laws.
