Make the payment on this page. It will cover the basic requirements for your employer. Basic medical exam, lab tests, dental exam and review for your seafarer's certificate. (any dental repairs, EKG, Audiogram, color vision test, vaccinations or other blood testing is an extra charge)

Step 3

Please discuss with the ship medical department to arrange before you leave the ship.

The price includes the basic requirments including, lab tests, a chest xray and dental exam. All other needed testing, procedures or vaccinations are seperate charges. Please be advised that there is an extra $60.00 charge for redoing temporary ,limited or return to work clearance medical certificates. All Sea Medical is a review service. If the payment is being made by someone other than the crew member please note that during the payment process. All Sea Medical offers medical review and medical certification services.
